Captain Art Walk 2018

Thank you to the Captain PTO, Maryellen Picker and all of our fabulous artists for making this day possible. The students gained so much from this experience. We cannot wait to invite the artists back!

Spring is here!

Everyday I am impressed and in awe over the amazing creations of my Captain artists. Recently we have learned about artist trading cards (ATC's), and as you can see, we are preparing for the big trade in a variety of media.
The clay studio is also coming to a close, but artists are working diligently to create sculptures and functional pieces of ceramic art.

More Amazing Things!!!

Students are absolutely loving the W.O.W. piece concept - each student is expected to create at least one W.O.W. artwork before winter break. Ask your student if they've created theirs.
